First and foremost, by expanding our footprint in the region, we can now better serve longstanding clients who manage properties in these geographic areas. This expansion truly brings to fruition our goal of being the leading regional commercial landscape provider in the upper left hand corner of the U.S.
Leading our team in and around Portland is Frank Corzine. Frank is a Managing Partner and Co-owner and many of you may know him from his days at TruGreen LandCare. With more than 12 years of experience serving the greater Portland area, Frank is the perfect partner. He is the embodiment of our commitment to strong, professional leadership at the local level. If there are any secrets to executing in this business, we think local leadership is one of them.
Working alongside Frank is another PDX local, Adam Owens. Adam is our Director of Sales and he brings to the job seven years of experience in helping our clients navigate their landscape management challenges. Adam has a keen appreciation of the high service delivery expectations demanded by professional managers in the Rose City. Adam is extremely able at assessing the challenges presented by each property and effectively framing these challenges for our landscape operations team to ensure the highest level of service delivery is achieved.
Our third “key man,” so to speak, handling Area Supervisor responsibilities, is Frank Meisner. Frank isn’t really new at all. He has been managing our service operations from Vancouver for the last three years. Together with a seasoned Field Foreman, Gerardo Hernandez, Frank will ensure that all elements of the NLS client-service strategy are executed and that our service commitments are always consistently met. Whether you’re managing a single site, a corporate campus environment or a portfolio of multiple properties, you can count on Frank to be a proactive force in helping to make your job easier.
